We hope you’re all enjoying these first few days of fall!

A few agents have had some difficulty when strictly using the map pins provided in our Field Agent app. The map pins should be used as a guide only, but we always ask that Agents go to the EXACT CIVIC ADDRESS provided in the job description! We hope this tip will help you get to the right locations and ensure payment for all your efforts!

  1. Though I don’t have an example right now, I have noticed a few times that the pin location on the map and the address given are not even close. Next time I see this, I will email and let you know.

      Thanks for your feedback. If you were denied a job, it was because the job was completed at the incorrect location. We are posting this tip to ensure that our other Agents, and YOU, receive payment for all your efforts in the future.

  2. I have learned to check when I arrive at the correct Civic address that the Pin is right on top of the blue dot. Sometimes, its not so I just exit out of the app, wait a minute or two, then open up and check again. It has always self corrected by doing that ensuring that I get paid for the job.
